God has blessed us with the gift of salvation in Jesus Christ. As people belonging to Christ, we are to follow in His footsteps, growing to maturity in Him and giving witness to God’s saving grace.
The Lay Training Institute (LTI) has been set up for the purpose of nurturing members to maturity in a systematic manner so that each one can pass on the faith to others: making disciples and teaching them to be obedient to our Lord’s commandments. As each member matures, we hope to see leaders also being raised up to lead the various ministries in the church. As God extends His hand to His people and wants us to grow in faith, we also have to respond in being diligent in studying His ways and His Word. The LTI provides a roadmap that guides church members to participate to grow in faith and mature in service to the Lord.

All members are encouraged to find expression of their classroom learning in areas of service, as they discover the gifts that God has given them. This will move the church to become a beacon of light in our community and be obedient to our Lord’s Great Commission.
